Progressive accounting firm is seeking an Office Co-ordinator to join their Sydney Office 

Responsibilities: 

  • Personable customer service to respond to service enquiries  
  • Warmly welcome and engage our clients throughout their visit 
  • Provide clients with further information about other services as opportunities arise 
  • Assisting other coordinators and departments if required  
  • General office duties  
  • Managing catering requests for meetings and setting up board rooms 
  • Ensuring all common areas of the office are maintained and stocked 
  • Assisting  supervisors in all administrative tasks required 
  • Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations 
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of integrity 
  • Control the timely lodgements of manual and electronic tax returns 

 

Essential  

  • Previous experience working within an administrative role supporting a team 
  • Experience working with and engaging with senior stakeholders 
  • High-level computer skills/knowledge 
  • Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Must be a multitasker
  • Financial Service industry will be highly regarded
