HR Coordinator
- Part time role - 20 hours per week

Seeking an experienced HR Coordinator/Administrator for a part time, 20 hours per week permanent role in Sydney CBD. As the HR Coordinator, you will partner with the HR Manager in delivering HR advice and guidance Support on a daily basis.
This role offers a flexible working environment with the availability for thew 20 hours to be across 3 or 4 days per week. Monday and Tuesday will be required in the office in Sydney CBD.
This role will suit a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years' experience with a strong administrative background and a passion for HR/Recruitment.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Maintaining employee records and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Assisting staff with employment-related matters
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Coordinate onboarding through ELMO
- Assist with onboarding and internal recruitment
- Manage the exit processes for employees (including liaising with payroll, IT and Office Manager). and update employee files
- Ensure termination payments are processed by payroll.
- Maintain the HR calendar: schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity e.g. leave reports, daily WHS reports
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects,
- Support other functions as assigned
Knowledge & Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
