  • Late Nov/December start, contract for 3-4 months
  • Work from Home and In Office (Hybrid) - based in Fairfield 

This Non-profit healthcare organisation based in Fairfield, are looking for an Payroll Specialist to help their current audit (Payroll) team to complete a 'back-pay' project . This role will be working mainly between HR / Employee Contract Information/Archives and Excel Spreadsheets. You will be assisting with the following duties.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry in Excel of award, pay and progression/positioning information 
  • Calculating Back-Pays in Excel - using (ready-to-use) templates 
  • Team collaboration and review of junior staff work

Skills & Experience

  • At least 1 years experience working in a similar role dealing with high volume back-pays/payroll audit 
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Able to prioritise and work to deadlines 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Honest, reliable and able to commit to the contract
