This Non-profit healthcare organisation based in Fairfield, are looking for an Payroll Specialist to help their current audit (Payroll) team to complete a 'back-pay' project . This role will be working mainly between HR / Employee Contract Information/Archives and Excel Spreadsheets. You will be assisting with the following duties.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry in Excel of award, pay and progression/positioning information
- Calculating Back-Pays in Excel - using (ready-to-use) templates
- Team collaboration and review of junior staff work
Skills & Experience
- At least 1 years experience working in a similar role dealing with high volume back-pays/payroll audit
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Honest, reliable and able to commit to the contract
- Ethical and inclusive organisation /brand
- Friendly and supportive team
- Work from home/in office - combined
