Exciting opportunity for a strong administrator to grow and expand upon their existing skills in this full time (38 hours) temporary opportunity! 

 
About the company

 

This wonderful organisation, renowned for it’s inclusive, collaborative and supportive culture is looking for a Project Administrator in this dynamic role. This role sits within their infrastructure team, supporting talented individuals.  

 
Responsibilities  

 

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  

  • Provide support to senior members of the infrastructure team; Meeting minutes, agendas, scheduling meetings
  • Establish and monitor projects using an online portal 
  • Liaising with project officers to ensure information is uploaded, meeting strict deadlines 
  • Organising events, scheduling, catering, venue
  • Assisting with administration of grants compliance, payments and acquittals with schools 
  • Preparation of correspondence and other important documentation in relation to funding and grants 
  • Projects – Organising timelines, enquiries, communication, deliveries, databases or information
  • Assisting with administration of grants compliance, payments and acquittals with schools
  • Liaising with schools, principals, staff, external suppliers and consultants, internal staff
  • Invoices, requisitions, suppliers
  • Various other duties as directed by Manager

 

Requirements/Skills 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, patient and polite 
  • Previous experience working in a high level admin role, ideally project admin role.
  • Experience working on/with projects advantageous
  • Must have a high attention to details 
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Must have current WWCC + Police Check or willing to obtain
  • Must be double vaccinated
  • Advanced competency with IT systems
  • Ideally immediately available
