Exciting opportunity for a project administrator to grow and expand upon their existing skills in this full time (38 hours) temporary opportunity! 

 
About the company 


You will be working with our client in the Leadership team for one of the largest governing body for schools in Australia.  
 
Responsibilities

 
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist with the development, implementation and evaluation of sector and school-level initiatives related to leadership development across system and schools. 
  • Assist with the provision of strategic advice related to the professional development of leaders and leadership teams with external stakeholders  
  • Assist with the documentation, communication and implementation of policies, processes and procedures relating to programs and projects within financial guidelines and budgetary parameters. 
  • Contribute to a range of projects and programs  

 
Requirements/Skills 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, patient and polite 
  • Experience working on/with projects 
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal 
  • Must have a high attention to details and exceptional time management skills 
  • Ideally immediately available 
  • Advanced competency with IT systems 
  • Must have an ability to work autonomously
