Accounts Payable Officer | Temporary | $40 P/H + Super | Mascot | Immediate StartAre you an experienced Accounts Payable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Accounts Payable Officer to join one of our long-term clients' finance team and support end-to-end AP processing.
About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely processing and exceptional vendor service.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- Matching, batching and coding a high volume of invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations and resolving account queries
- Preparing and scheduling weekly payment runs
About You
- Strong AP experience within high-volume environments
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Eager to learn and grow across accounting and payroll
- Experience with SAP HANA highly desirable
