Project Support Officer – NSW Government

 

This large Government organisation requires a Project Support Officer with outstanding administration skills to work within the public housing sector, offering a supportive environment with working flexibility.

  • Newcastle location
  • Hybrid working model (5 days per fortnight in the office)
  • $44 - $48ph + super
  • Immediate start – Initial 3 month contract with view to extend
  • Full time, Monday to Friday

 

Your day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide secretarial and executive support
  • Effective and accurate stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate appointments, travel, conferences and seminars
  • Gather, collate and prepare documentation, reports and correspondence
  • Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required to ensure the provision of accurate information

 

Skills and experience:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to make decisions and prioritise
  • Fast learner and ability to take initiative
  • Ability to make decisions and prioritise tasks
