Project Support Officer – NSW Government
This large Government organisation requires a Project Support Officer with outstanding administration skills to work within the public housing sector, offering a supportive environment with working flexibility.
- Newcastle location
- Hybrid working model (5 days per fortnight in the office)
- $44 - $48ph + super
- Immediate start – Initial 3 month contract with view to extend
- Full time, Monday to Friday
Your day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide secretarial and executive support
- Effective and accurate stakeholder communication
- Coordinate appointments, travel, conferences and seminars
- Gather, collate and prepare documentation, reports and correspondence
- Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required to ensure the provision of accurate information
Skills and experience:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to make decisions and prioritise
- Fast learner and ability to take initiative
- Ability to make decisions and prioritise tasks
