Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and friendly office environment? Our client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic receptionist to join their team for a 9-month maternity cover. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
  • Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders when necessary.
  • Organise and celebrate birthdays, quarterly drinks, wind down Friday's and business milestones 
  • Ensure the health, safety and well being of all occupants within the building
  • Support in organising office events and activities.
About you:
  • Previous experience working as a receptionist or administration experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A friendly and approachable personality, excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
