Job description
- Opportunity to work for one of Australia’s leading energy retailers
- Tuesday 3rd December 2024 - Friday 7th March 2025
- $35 per hour + super
- Brisbane, CBD
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders when necessary.
- Support in organising office events and activities.
- Previous experience working as a receptionist or administration experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A friendly and approachable personality, excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
