You will be a part of delivering important and iconic projects across all key sectors of the construction industry
As the Remuneration and Benefits Specialist, you will coordinate, support and provide meaningful insights around key cyclical programs in the Performance and Reward space across
An exciting opportunity to join People Services team in the execution and administration of the total rewards programs.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Improve workflow and admin procedures to support efficient implementation of core processes
- Analysis and reporting on all aspects of remuneration, reward, performance and talent.
- Develop reward solutions and implement initiatives to support the delivery of the HR Strategic and annual business plans
- Accurate and timely information and reporting on market remuneration practices, retention and special incentive arrangements
- Guidance and advice for HR on legislative changes and interpretation of business standards
- Prepare, review and monitor reports to respond to external audit and government bodies as required
- Administer and implement global recognition program and activities related to benefit plan eligibility, enrolments, status changes, and terminations including some social security programs
- Coordinate wellness communications as needed
Essential
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a senior remuneration and Benefits specialist
- Advanced level skills in data analytics and modelling using Microsoft Excel
- Deep technical knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Remuneration and Benefits
