  • 3-month contract with a view to extension

About the Role:

 

This role will be onsite but will require travel to other local council sites once or twice a week, along with flexible working options in a hybrid model.

  • Migrate apps from SCCM to Endpoint Manager
  • Packaging and deploying apps from Endpoint Manager
  • Setup Windows Updates policies in Endpoint Manager
  • Update of Office 365 apps to all laptops
  • Decommission SCCM on premise
  • Resolve Auto Pilot issues with new laptops
  • Update all drivers and bios on current fleet of laptops
  • Update Endpoint Policies for mobile devices and test compliance
  • Setup new Windows 11 SOE in Endpoint Manager
  • Test and facilitate upgrading current fleet of laptops to Windows 11
  • Develop upgrade schedule and change control plan
  • Document setup in Endpoint Manager
  • Provide support to staff and IT on the new processes

 

About You:

  • 2 years Application Packaging experience
  • Detailed of knowledge of SCCM
  • Detailed knowledge of Endpoint Manager
  • Proven knowledge and experience in SOE management
  • Extensive knowledge of O365
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of the corporate IT environment.
  • Advanced teamwork skills, must be able to connect with colleagues and work together toward common goals
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to set priorities and follow direction to plan and organise.
  • Ability to work autonomously and seek guidance when necessary
  • Proof of vaccination certificate
