Job description

  • Senior Administration Officer to provide high-level administrative support
  • Brisbane, Milton location, on-site parking available, close to public transport
  • 4-week temporary opportunity with immediate start
  • Offering up to $45 per hour + super
We’re currently seeking a highly capable administrator to support two General Managers. You’ll be the go-to person for high-level administrative support, office coordination, and executive assistance, this role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a “can-do” attitude.

About the Role
  • Providing direct admin and executive support to the two General Managers, including diary management, domestic and international travel bookings, expense management, purchase orders and invoicing
  • Preparing training materials and assisting with contract reviews and reports for executive approval
  • Conducting basic research and preparing briefs or legal precedents for external counsel
  • Overseeing reception duties, catering, mail and stationery supplies, employee onboarding, locker/carpark allocations, and liaising with building management and suppliers
  • Coordinating business functions, team events, meetings, and executive visits
  • Managing correspondence, ensuring professional formatting, storage and document handling
  • Assisting with adhoc projects across the executive and administration teams
About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be confident, capable, and ready to hit the ground running. We're looking for someone with:
  • 3–4+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator or senior admin support role
  • Proven ability to manage executive diaries, coordinate travel, and handle day-to-day office operations with minimal supervision
  • A strong eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude with the confidence to step into a busy team and make an immediate impact
  • Excellent communication skills, professional discretion, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Experience using SAP, SharePoint, and Concur highly desirable
