You are a Senior Business Analyst who will drive the digital transformation program of works in their growing organisation

The Senior Business Analyst works across new initiatives and projects within the digital transformation program of works. This role understands the current business issues, future business needs and makes solution recommendations based on the undertaken analysis. Partnering with key business stakeholders to deliver transformation initiatives, you will play a key role to ensure the organisations transformation objectives are delivered. You will act as the conduit between the business and technical teams and translate the business needs into clear and concise solution requirements to ensure development, testing, and implementation of these business needs are satisfied. You will be accountable for ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, adoption, and improved end-user experience based on accurate conversion of business requirements into solution deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external parties
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks, and successfully prioritise and deliver results in the face of competing business interests
  • Coordinate and lead business analysis efforts on new initiatives and projects
  • Elicit, analysis, document, manage, and communicate requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Recognise, recommend, and implement business process improvements
  • Provide solution recommendations to meet requirements
  • Generate project documentation with a strong focus on tailoring documentation based on the specific project needs and size while adhering to project team standards and framework
  • Co-ordinate user acceptance testing as required
  • Proactively contribute to and help mature the Business Analysis Practice
  • Support business change management activities on projects as required

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Stakeholder management, and coordinating simultaneous projects
  • A similar senior role
  • Full software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, written and verbal communication skills
  • A relevant degree in information technology, business, or related discipline
