Job description
- Senior Business Analyst – Data Program
- Must be strong at writing high quality User Stories and well versed in Agile, requirements elicitation, facilitation and good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Permanent Opportunity - $150k + Super + Bonus

Responsibilities will include:
- Work with a number of stakeholders to elicit, capture and document requirements and write high quality user stories
- Map current and future business processes
- Analyse database queries and data flows
- Identify, verify and address gaps in information provided by stakeholders
- Review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements
- Actively participate in Agile processes including planning and estimation
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
- AGILE / Scrum Experience
- Conducting requirement workshops and document high and low level requirements and acceptance criteria’s
To be successful for this position you will need to display the following requirements:
- Highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with prior experience working on complex projects within the financial services industry
- Agile experience and the ability to write high quality user stories is a must
- Strong eliciting, documenting and a core end-end BA skillset
- Excellent verbal and written communication and proven quality stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
