Payroll Officer

About the company
We are currently partnering with one of our large scale organisations with around 40 different sites across Australia and New Zealand, in their search for a temporary Senior Payroll Officer.
Role summary
This position sits within the Payroll team that processes a weekly payroll run for up to staff members, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at all times. This role also requires previous experience using the Kronos time and attendance system.
About the role
- Full function processing of the weekly payroll run
- Verifying and auditing payroll input and output
- Preparing and processing any manual pay adjustments
- Fast paced Payroll environment, must be able to work under pressure
Skills & experience
- Must have recent experience working with KRONOS system
- Minimum 4 years experience working in a Payroll environment (large organisation experience would be beneficial
- Experience with Preceda and Kronos be beneficial
- Knowledge of Payroll compliance, Government requirements would be ideal
- Keen attention to detail
