We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for a permanent role based in Mascot. This is a fantastic opportunity to work a Global Leader within the Manufacturing Industry.  

An exciting opportunity is available for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work in a newly created role in the Manufacturing Industry. The role is to primarily to source candidates and manage the end to end recruitment process across the Australia. Within this role you will be responsible for the recruitment within NSW, ACT, NT and QLD. The creation of this roles stems from an increasing growth phase within the company, state-wide. The role will be positioned within a fast pace, dynamic HR environment where you will take a leading role within the internal recruitment process. This role would be ideal for someone who has a passion for recruitment and developing the business across Australia.

This role would suit a recruitment consultant/Talent Specialist that ideally has experience in internal recruitment or working in the Manufacturing/Construction industry, or a Resourcer/Candidate Manager. This is a fast paced and busy environment, so you will be on your toes every minute of the day – high energy required and a proactive attitude to work!
 
Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Candidate sourcing
• Exceptional customer service
• Interviewing face to face and on the phone
• Candidate liaison
• Liaising with clients
• Arranging interviews
• Attending & assisting with events
• Writing job adverts
• Social media
• Networking
• Assist the Talent and HR team with ad hoc tasks and projects.
