Opportunity for an experienced Technical Administrator with Food Industry experience to join a global food organisation in the South Adelaide | 3-month contract | $50ph- You will ensure product development projects run smoothly

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Administrator to join a fast-paced, supportive, and fun team within a leading global food organisation. This role offers exposure to major retail, food service, and export clients.
About the Role
As Technical Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring product development projects run smoothly and launch on time. This includes coordinating stakeholders, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing technical and administrative support across the innovation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects (average 5–8 at a time), ensuring tasks are tracked and deadlines are met
- Support New Product Development (NPD) processes, including product specifications, bills of material, and cost alignment
- Coordinate with Marketing to ensure packaging artwork accuracy
- Liaise with Quality to provide documentation support
- Maintain and update customer details via portals (ARIBA, Ashbury)
- General administration, document preparation, and file management
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years’ experience in a technical/admin role within the food industry
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with resilience and a self-starter attitude
- Solid understanding of R&D/NPD processes
- SAP experience (essential); ARIBA and Ashbury experience highly regarded
- A collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a sense of humour to thrive in a supportive, fast-moving team
