Job description
This globally recognised Media company has continued to grow from strength to strength. With several exciting projects now in hand the need for a highly capable and confident Project Manager with Business Change experience is required to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing and delivering Business Change managing multiple projects. You enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging role working with a collaborative and motivated team.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and tailor the business change management framework, methodology and tools
• Become the main point of contact and reference for business change in Australia
• Support and guide the business through change and business transformation
• Coordinate the implementation of new corporate and local sales, operations & insights/marketing systems, processes & initiatives
• Create required documentation such as internal procedures, user guides, training materials, presentations
• Analysing data, complex business processes, analysing gaps and working collaboratively with the stakeholders and business systems manager to implement solutions and new processes
• Manage the initiation (project request, brief, kick off), roll out to end users (end of execution phase) and closure (monitoring, transition to BAU) phases of projects and business initiatives
• Support the program Manager during planning and execution phases
• Develop an appropriate communication strategy with appropriate artefacts to support the change and new projects implementations
• Provide support to development Teams to assist with the clarification of local business requirements
• Plan, coordinate and successfully deliver training to users to support new projects and business initiatives
Core Requirements
• 5+years demonstrated project management, delivering organisational change or change management
• Experience working in an AGILE framework with Prince2 or PMI qualifications
• Track record of delivering large cross-functional transformational projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment.
• Strong commercial and business acumen as well as IT/Systems previous exposure
• Exceptional project management skills to effectively lead a project team to achieve critical project milestones using a formal project management approach
• Comfortable working in a growing & extremely fast-paced environment
