Job description
- Accountant
- Inner West location
- Permanent full-time position
- $80,000 - $95,000 + super
Overview of duties:
- Daily & monthly bank reconciliations;
- Month-end processes and reporting
- Maintenance of the general ledger
- Analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Maintenance of the fixed asset register
- Annual budgeting & ongoing forecasting process;
- BAS, FBT & payroll tax returns;
About You:
- 3+ years experience working as an accountant
- Experience with daily high-volume transactions
- High attention to detail
- First class communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Retail/Wholesale experience desired
- Working towards CPA/ CA
- Financial accounting and reporting in NZ or Trans Tasman is essential
