About the Role:
My client is a global music corporation and a key player in the industry, representing some of the biggest Artists and Bands in the world. They are currently on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary basis, with the role lasting up to 6 months

They are on the lookout for an immediately available Accounts Payable Clerk who can come in and “hit the ground running” and commit to the at least three months.
Reporting directly into a supportive and approachable Team Leader you will work in a team of 12 officers. Daily you will perform the process between 100-150 invoices a day, working with both PO and Non-PO invoices. You will follow up on any outstanding invoices and use your customer service skills to effectively deal with any queries. You will get the chance to perform reconciliations and will assist with preparing Accounts Payable journals for the month end process
About You:
In order to be successful for this role you will have experience in Accounts Payable and will bring to the table a positive attitude and strong work ethic! Naturally you will have excellent attention to detail and you will thrive in a high volume work environment. You will be computer savvy with some experience using a large ERP system. Lastly you will work well as part of a team and will be eager to learn new skills.
