Job description
My client is a leading FMCG company who looks after some well known brands in the food & beverage sector. With growing distribution and accounts, they are expanding their Accounts Receivable team and have the need for a new permanent AR officer to join their team ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate receivables ledger for designated accounts
- Generate invoices on a daily & weekly basis
- Send out monthly customer statements
- Follow up on accounts that are outside of their payment terms
- Reconcile and debtor's ledger
- Ad hoc support for all accounts receivable
About You:
- Minimum 3 years AR experience
- Experience in the FMCG space essential
- Intermediate Excel essential
- SAP experience ideal
- Full Working Rights
- Ability to think analytically and logically to isolate and resolve issues in a timely manner
This role will join a great team, with a start date ASAP. Parking is available on site and offices are located in one of the growing NorWest business parks.
