Job description
We are currently working with a Not For Profit organisation based in the Inner Eastern suburbs who are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
You would be part of a collaborative team, and we are looking to speak to proactive Application Support Analyst who has a high attention to detail.
This role would see you support the organisations internal application primarily on Level 1-3 basis, as well as work with the applications data and do key reporting for the business when required.
Key skills required:
- Demonstratable experience in Application Support
- Proven experience of system analysis, data analysis and report development
- Experience working with a cloud based CRM – Salesforce highly desired
- Experience in relational Databases
- Experience with reporting tools – SRSS is preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer service
- Vendor management skills
