About the Client
My client is a start-up fin tech company who has just recently broken into the market of digital banking. They are growing rapidly, constantly adapting and evolving to help customers.
About the role
My client is seeking an individual who is also be passionate about the financial services industry who will be reporting to the Banking operations team lead. You will be providing support to a wide range of banking administration duties.
Responsibilities will include:
- Processing requests
- Escalating/raising disputes
- Making sure all work is processed within the agreed SLA’s
- Follow up and clearing items in the suspense accounts
- Handling on-going maintenance of files and records
- Other duties requested by the Operations lead
About you
- Exceptional attitude, communication and interpersonal skills
- Over 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- A qualification
- Must have Banking Administration experience
- Talent for numerical and written accuracy
- Can effectively manage conflict
- A keen problem solver with creative outlook to solving issues
- You love an ever-changing environment
