I am currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader for a temporary position near Hurstville. This is a fantastic position to work in a large beauty and consumables business.
This is initially a temporary position whilst the role is recruited on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Team Leader/Management role in an outbound telesales environment.
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for driving and motivating the Outbound Sales Team to ensure sales and targets are achieved.
Duties to Include:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Motivate and coach the outbound sales team
- Provide regular management reports on sales figures and team success
- Liaising with staff and customers in a professional manner
- Monitor daily and weekly sales figures in accordance with targets/budgets
You must have:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar Team Leader/Management role - ideally in a beauty and cosmetics or consumables area
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong experience in Customer Service
- Ability to work in a busy and fast pace environment
