The Role

Due to growth an opportunity has become available for a Candidate Manager/ Junioe Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Public Sector team, which sits within Professional Support. The desk is growing from strength to strength and requires a strong candidate/ account manager with strong organisational and compliance skills, coupled with a strong, customer centric mindset.  This desk offers a lot of variety and is extremely fast pace.  You will be working alongside one of the best office support teams in Melbourne. We build and pride ourselves on creating long standing relationships with Public Sector organisations and candidates who keep coming back to us because we believe in people over placements.

What experience will you ideally have? 

  • Previous experience in a busy customer centric role, involving building relationships
  • Experience within business support, accounting and/ or public sector recruitment
  • A proactive and positive approach relationship building
  • Super organisaed, with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • A warm, engaging and honest approach.
