This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Collections/Receivables Officer to join an Australian Listed organisation.

The Role

Working in a vibrant and collaborative receivables team, responsibilities will include;

  • Managing your own ledger ensuring that corporate clients pay within their agreed payment terms
  • Collect outstanding invoices and resolve claims in a timely manner
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound invoicing enquiries
  • Frequent review of allocated accounts to ensure all are in order and any in arrears are contacted for clearance
  • Identify cheques received and allocations of invoice being paid
  • Reconciliations and allocation of payments
  • Daily maintenance of debtor’s ledgers
  • Prepare statements of outstanding invoices

About You

The successful applicant will need to have;

  • >3 years collections/receivables experience in a large and diverse company
  • Exposure to complex dual debtors system
  • Strong customer service skills, ability to articulate clearly via phone and email
  • Deadline focused with high level of accuracy
  • Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply
