  • $60,000 - $65,000 package

A Contact Centre Agent is required for a digital banking start up based in Sydney CBD. Reporting directly to the Contact Centre Manager you will be responsible for providing outstanding service which puts the customers interests at the forefront of everything you do.

About the role

  • Answering inbound calls regarding applications and products
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Assist customers to navigate through the online banking application Inform customers of new products and services
  • Educate customers on deposits and home loan banking products
  • Flexibility to work shifts supporting the contact centre team (hours between 8:00am and 8:00pm)


About you

  • The successful candidate must be exceptionally well presented with strong communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service
  • Experience in Retail Banking
  • Understanding of home lending would be an advantage
  • Intermediate Excel skills as a minimum – ideally advanced Australian
  • Permanent Resident or Citizen
