12 month temporary assignment based in Macquarie Park to assist a leading financial institution in their Consumer Relations department.    

  • 12 months’ customer service experience 
  • Macquarie Park 
  • Immediately available 

Our leading financial institution client is looking for someone who is friendly and articulate to assist them in their Customer Relations team.  This role is temporary for 12 months and is based in their Macquarie Park office.  

In this role you will be taking inbound calls to assist customers with queries regarding their loans and insurance.  Full training will be given. 

Working 9:00am to 5:30pm, you would need to be immediately available with a minimum of 12 months’ relevant experience within a similar environment.  You would need to have excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and friendly personality.  

Please note that due to the length of this role, working holiday visas will not be considered.
