My client is a well-known, global FMCG company based in the Western Suburbs who is looking to hire an experienced Credit Controller to join their growing team.
About the Role:
A permanent full time opportunity has opened with one of our fantastic clients based in the Western Suburbs. This role will be ideal for someone who is looking for work life balance, an easy commute and have their own vehicle (given the location of my client)
FMCG industry experience is essential due to the nature of my client’s business.
Reporting to the Credit Manager your duties will include:

Managing and maintaining your own ledger, approx. 1200 accounts

Approx. 40 calls per day
-
7-90 day payment terms
-
Variety of clients from SME to large corporates
-
Reducing debtor days and minimizing overdue balances
-
Allocating payments
-
Weekly and month end reporting
-

About You:
- Full function Credit experience in the FMCG industry 3 years minimum

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a diverse team

Proactive attitude towards debt collection

Experience working in a fast pace environment and to tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills - stakeholder engagement

Organized with a high attention to detail
