Western Suburbs
Permanent Full Time
High volume ledger
$60,000 - $63,000 + super
Full function AR / Credit duties – working on a high-volume ledger. Experience essential.
A permanent full time opportunity has opened with one of our fantastic clients based in the Western Suburbs. This role will be ideal for someone who is looking for work life balance, an easy commute and have their own vehicle (given the location of my client)
Overview of duties include:
- Managing and maintaining your own ledger, approx. 1200 accounts
- 40+ calls per day
- 7-90 day payment terms
- Reducing debtor days and minimizing overdue balances
- Allocating payments
- work life balance | down to earth team
About You:
- 3+ years working experience in credit
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a diverse team
- Proactive attitude towards debt collection
- Experience working in a fast pace environment and to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills - stakeholder engagement
- Organized with a high attention to detail
Permanent residents or AU/NZ citizens only - no working holiday or student visa due to the role being permanent.
