Day to Day Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Liaise with existing customers on a regular basis to build strong working relationships
  • Proactively work with customers to generate sales
  • Provide support to colleagues in a team environment
  • Develop and maintain strong product and process knowledge
  • Attend reseller and vendor social and training events

Experience needed:

  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to provide sales advice for a range of products and services
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously
  • Intermediate MS Office proficiency
  • IT industry experience is desirable but not essential
