About the role

  • Answering inbound calls
  • General Filing duties
  • Fielding emails from customers including queries
  • Entering Customer Orders
  • Invoicing orders to customers
  • Arranging freight
  • Be involved with set up of Navison from Reckon Hosted
  • Entering AP Invoices
  • Entering Staff expenses
  • Logging Customer receipts and bank payments from bank statements

About you
The successful candidate must be exceptionally well presented with strong communication skills

  • 1-2 Years Customer Service Experience within a large professional organisation
  • Finance/ Accounts knowledge
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
