Job description
With an immediate start, take on a 3 month contract for a large, highly reputable firm within their operations team, liaising with customers and processing new orders. Due to launching a new product our client has several position available. Reporting into the Operations Manager you will be providing superior customer service, raising job requests, updating their CRM system. You must have worked in a customer service environment, preferably a call centre and be able to commence work immediately. Strong communication skills is essentially along with a flexible and wiling attitude.
