About the company

You will be working for a global organisation who are committed to providing an environment people love to work in. You will be joining a collaborative innovative team.  With an immediate start,  customer service officers are required to assist in their contact centre.


Your key responsibilities include: 

  • Answering customer queries
  • Sending emails
  • Capturing data
  • Producing reports
  • Data entry


You will have the following:

  • Previous experience in a customer service call centre
  • Excellent communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word & Excel
