About the Role  

Be part of this global organisation who is going through growth and going from strength to strength in their field. Conveniently located in South Eastern Suburbs where you will be working within their customer service team who provide on going training and development in their people. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager with an immediate start temporary view to permanent. You will be surrounded by a collaborative working culture which will see you working effectively across the different business units bringing your communication and interpersonal skills.  

Responsibilities include:   

  • Coordinating the technical staff activities nationally
  • Planning the workload of their technical staff
  • Ensuring customer’s requirements are met in agreed SLA’s
  • Delivery of an excellent level of client liaison
  • Processing invoices
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Reporting
  • Maintenance of databases

  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform multi-task
  • Effective communication skills
  • Previous solid experience in a customer service/administration role
