About the Role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager with an immediate start temporary view to permanent. You will be surrounded by a collaborative working culture which will see you working effectively across the different business units bringing your communication and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinating the technical staff activities nationally
- Planning the workload of their technical staff
- Ensuring customer’s requirements are met in agreed SLA’s
- Delivery of an excellent level of client liaison
- Processing invoices
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Maintenance of databases
- Strong customer focus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform multi-task
- Effective communication skills
- Previous solid experience in a customer service/administration role
Previous solid experience in a customer service/administration role is essential to hit the ground running. If you have a strong attention to detail, able to prioritise your day and have strong communication skills then this is the job you have been waiting for.
