Job description

Join this Australian based utility provider, located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, as their customer service officer, with an immediate start. They have a strong brand presence and excellent market. They’re currently seeking a Customer Service professional to join their successful and vibrant team as part of their continuing growth and expansion.
  
Reporting into the Customer Service Manager with providing a diverse range of duties which include; 

  • Resolve product or service problems 
  • Build sustainable relationships 
  • Providing specialised advice and expertise to customer enquiries regarding billing enquiries, payments, usage, metering and high level fault enquiries
  • Customer Service across multiple touch points i.e. phones, mail, live web chat, portal, web enquiries and email
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls 
  • Build sustainable relationships 
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information 
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives 
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone and email. 


Key Traits:

  • Customer Service experience (call centre)
  • Previous experience working within the Utilities sector (preferred)
  • Positive attitude and can work within a team environment
  • Good problem solving skills
