Job description

The Customer Service Officer represents the face of our Centre and plays a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our customers. This role acts as a key liaison between the Centre Management, the Customer Service Team and our customers, including both our shoppers & retailers. A key aspect of this role will be your involvement and assistance with Events Coordination and Marketing as a supporting staff member.

Role will require:
 

  • Assisting with customer, retailer and contractor queries
  • Gift card sales
  • Kiddy Cruiser hire
  • Lost & found
  • Mobility scooter and wheelchair hire
  • Gift wrapping
  • Administrative tasks


To be successful you have:
 

  • Specific knowledge within retail management, marketing or administration is not essential, but is desirable  
  • Broad knowledge of customer service principles and a positive, ambitious nature.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • MS Office  

Shifts, non-negotiable:
December 12th - 5pm to 9pm
December 14th - 9am to 1pm
December 20th - 5pm to 9pm 
December 21st - 9am to 2.30pm 
December 23rd - 3pm to 7pm
December 24th - 3pm to 7pm 
December 28th - 10.30am to 2.30pm
January 1st - 1pm to 5pm
January 2nd - 9am to 3pm
January 3rd - 1pm to 9pm
January 4th - 10.30am to 2.30pm 
January 5th - 10am to 2pm
January 9th - 5pm to 9pm 
January 11th - 10.30am to 2.30pm 
January 17th - 5pm to 9pm 
January 18th - 10.30am to 2,30pm 
January 24th - 5pm to 9pm 
January 25th - 10.30am to 2,30pm
