Job description

We currently have a permanent Customer Service opportunity working with a highly regarded client in the car manufacturing sector, this role sits within their busy (50 people big) customer service team.  You will be the first point of call resolution in in the Services team. 

Responsibilities  

  • Preparing loan payment arrangements for customers 
  • Receiving up to 70 calls and 50 email enquires per day
  • Be able to resolve quires within guidelines and determine where appropriate to escalate
  • Understanding compliance requirements and how they apply and be able to communicate these to customers
  • Must adhere to all policy, process and procedural requirements 
  • Must fulfil and aim to exceed KPI's
  • Any other reasonable requests required 


Requirements/Skills 

  • Must be a strong and clear communicator both written and verbally
  • Customer service experience (finance or automotive is advantageous)
  • Call centre, Financial services, sales experience preferred 
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills
  • Must hold self accountable to deliver high quality service
