About the Company
A Government Department is looking for 5 Customer Service Officers to assist with a large piece of work. They require candidates who are able to start immediately and become an integral part of their team.

About the Role
Five Customer Service Officer positions have become available for energetic and enthusiastic Customer Service Officers who will be required to support a busy team with providing a high level of customer service.

You will be required to:

  • Customer enquiries
  • Inbound calls
  • Email correspondence
  • Direct complaints to managers
  • Data entry
  • General administration


About You


  • 12 months minimum in a call centre role
  • High typing speed
  • High level of communication skills
  • Problem solve
  • Able to manage different software’s




  • Full working rights
  • Able to work on a rotating roster between 7:30am – 6pm
  • Able to start immediately
