Robertson Search is part of a 15-year-old privately owned, international Recruitment Firm with a footprint that spans Australia, Asia, the Middle East and the UK. As a consequence of growth in our client base and expanding presence we are seeking to add to our Higher Education & Research Practice.

This is a client facing position where you will be executing on retained searches (with support from our internal research team) while identifying and executing business development opportunities to win executive mandates in the Higher Education and Research sectors.

Over the years the people we have successfully placed in to roles have gone on to make a tangible real world difference in research and teaching in disciplines like medical research, power engineering, cyber security, machine learning, marketing, creative arts, and many more areas.

With our core focus being in the Higher Education sector we already have clients that you will be working with, and there is also a lot of opportunity to expand out client base without compromising any of our existing relationships.

You will be experienced in recruitment or executive search, coming from either a contingent background, or currently in a delivery capacity wanting to progress your search career. An interest, or background in research and new technologies will be a benefit as we are truly passionate about what we do and the impact our work can have locally, nationally and internationally.

We want to work with people that are seeking to be a key part of a brand in its early stages (with the backing of a large recruitment group), and someone that wants to have the say in how the business scales over time.
