Job description
The Company:
A boutique private equity firm that over the last 5 years have gone from strength to strength is looking to hire someone to join the executive management team
The Role:
This role is responsible for bedding down the outsourced accounting function, and also have a hands on involvement with the investment management team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of investment entities
- Oversight of the Accounts Payable function
- Preparation of the Annual Budget
- Preparation of monthly investment performance reports
- Liquidity forecasting
- Oversight of the Taxation Function
- Settlement of investment transactions
Key Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualified
- Strong chartered background with some Investment Management exposure/experience.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skillset
