About the role
I am looking for an experienced EA/Office Manager to join a well-established organisation based in Sydney CBD. This is a 10 month Fixed Term Maternity Leave Contract with the potential to extend to 12 months.
As the EA/Office Manager, you will be providing support to the EA to CEO, and Senior Leadership Team along with providing office management duties to the wider office.
Duties to include:
- Raising order requests
- Document preparation i.e. compile and collate agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Raise invoices
- Preparation of operations manuals and compliance
- Assistance with significant projects
- Diary Management
- Meeting Coordination
- Project manage office moves and fit outs accordingly
- Oversee deliveries and incoming mail
- Coordinate the day to day running of the office
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- General Office Management duties
- Be the first point of contact for all queries C
- oordinate travel bookings
- Act as the 'go to' person in the office C
- oordinate internal events and meetings
- Supervising the office coordinator and administration team
Experience needed:
- 2-5 years experience in an EA/Office Management focused role
- High level communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Positive approach to work and colleagues
- High level attention to detail
- Highly organised
