The Role
As the new Business Services Senior Manager, you will lead a high-calibre team while managing a diverse portfolio of SME and mid-market clients across various industries. You’ll work closely with Partners on strategy, workflow, and client advisory—positioning yourself for a seamless step into Directorship.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing a client portfolio and delivering advisory-led outcomes
- Managing and mentoring a team of accountants
- Reviewing complex financial statements, tax returns & structuring advice
- Driving workflow, budgeting, and reporting
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business growth
- Supporting Partners with practice management and succession planning
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- CA/CPA qualified with extensive Business Services leadership experience
- At least 3 years in a Management position
- Skilled in client advisory, tax strategy, and complex structuring
- A confident manager who enjoys coaching and developing teams
- Commercially minded with the ambition to step into a Director role
- Professional, proactive, and able to build strong client rapport
