Exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll officer within the Property & Construction market. Full function Payroll duties – working in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
 

An exciting contract opportunity in Payroll within the Property & Construction market, based in Melbourne CBD

 

About the Role: 

 This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a fast paced, high volume payroll background. Reporting to the Senior Payroll Officer the role will entail: 

  •  Processing end to end payroll on a monthly payment run for 3000 employees 
  • Query handling across all payroll related queries 

  • Processing annual leave, sick leave, new starters, leavers etc 

  • Superannuation payments 

  • Payroll Tax & EBA’s 

  • Processing third party payments including child support 

 About You: 
 

  • Experienced with larger scale payroll / HRIS system, ideally Oracle or Preceda
  • Outsourced payroll experience is desirable  

  • High attention to detail  

  • Excellent time management 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Intermediate Excel skills
