Job description
Charterhouse are currently partnering with a well-renowned, market-leading organisation in Melbourne's CBD in search of a Process Analyst.
Process Analyst – 3 months - $550 - $775 incl. Super
This role is integral to the Process Transformation Function, using both business and technical expertise to lead the end to end process lifecycle, aligned with business requirements and providing continuous improvements.
The role will involve:
- Leading a process design cycle; from inception through to development, analysis and engaging SME's
- Advise on best practices & identify new opportunities
- Track design activities, reporting & analysis
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Liaising with Data Analysts, Writers and Project Managers
The role will need:
- 4-5 years in a Process role - design & analysis
- Strong modelling experience in Signavio, ARIS or Visio
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience in large, complex, fast-paced environments
