About the role:
We are currently looking for an experienced lead to join a growing health not-for-profit, based in the inner north. Reporting into the Executive Director, this is a pivotal role to create more strategic alignments in the mental health space. 

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Manage relationships and activity with key stakeholders & client groups
  • Work closely with the community to build collaborative relationships
  • Have effective service improvements 
  • Support with the commissioning of sustainable services 
  • Coordinate and schedule workshops, events and meetings
  • Ensure key milestone are met
  • Trouble shooting and relationship building with service users
  • Delivering projects and contributing to key projects

The successful ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project/ Program lead with excellent project management skills 
  • Health background preferred/understanding of how the health system works
  • High level of stakeholder engagement skills
  • Extremely organised with excellent coordination skills
  • The ability to meet strict deadlines, summarize data and manage reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A self-motivated and hardworking approach to work
