About the role:
We are currently looking for an experienced lead to join a growing health not-for-profit, based in the inner north. Reporting into the Executive Director, this is a pivotal role to create more strategic alignments in the mental health space.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Manage relationships and activity with key stakeholders & client groups
- Work closely with the community to build collaborative relationships
- Have effective service improvements
- Support with the commissioning of sustainable services
- Coordinate and schedule workshops, events and meetings
- Ensure key milestone are met
- Trouble shooting and relationship building with service users
- Delivering projects and contributing to key projects
The successful ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project/ Program lead with excellent project management skills
- Health background preferred/understanding of how the health system works
- High level of stakeholder engagement skills
- Extremely organised with excellent coordination skills
- The ability to meet strict deadlines, summarize data and manage reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A self-motivated and hardworking approach to work
