About the position
Looking for a detailed-oriented and experienced Project Accountant to support the financial management of various projects. The Project Accountant will work closely with program directors, managers, and the broader project community by developing and refining financial practices.
Key duties
- Collaborate with snr stakeholders to drive the establishment of financial controls within the project.
- Review monthly and quarterly financial performance.
- Assist with annual budget cycle.
- Manage and assist in the management of project financials.
- Assist with month end.
- Qualification (Accounting, Finance, or related field) CPA or equivalent preferred
- Strong project accounting experience and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting actuals.
- Understand of project management methodologies
- Experience in developing project financial management practices.
