About the role:
- Provide administrative support to the project management team daily.
- Manage project financials, including, billing, tracking accounts and financial reporting.
- Prepare and update project reports and documents, including presentations, status reports and minutes.
- Maintain high quality project documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams to provide accurate information and updates.
Skills and experience:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially MS Excel
- The ability to identify priorities and work under pressure, meeting specified deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience and expertise.
- An understanding of project cost control and analysis.
- Coordinating numerous stakeholders based in various locations.
- Project Management qualification or experience desirable but not essential.
