Job description

Join a worldwide leading advertising company based in the CBD to deliver high quality and innovative advertising solutions.

About the role:

  • Provide administrative support to the project management team daily.
  • Manage project financials, including, billing, tracking accounts and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and update project reports and documents, including presentations, status reports and minutes.
  • Maintain high quality project documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams to provide accurate information and updates.


Skills and experience: 

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially MS Excel
  • The ability to identify priorities and work under pressure, meeting specified deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience and expertise.
  • An understanding of project cost control and analysis.
  • Coordinating numerous stakeholders based in various locations.
  • Project Management qualification or experience desirable but not essential.
