Job description
A temporary opportunity working for an Australian national wholesale open-access data network project based in Melbourne’s CBD. End-to-end management of external requests that for commercial infrastructure programs such as relocation works.
Role will require
- Manage requests for Commercial Works (CW) - Applications processed. Applications are recorded and tracked in relevant internal systems
- Managing external requests to modify/relocate or remove Customer Premises Equipment (CPE);
- Maintaining accurate records relating to requests using prescribed systems;
- Overseeing job delivery
- Providing administrative support to Commercial Works Case Coordinators and Case and Account Managers as required;
- Developing working relationships with the Customer Service Teams to ensure Quality standards;
- The ability to deliver to tight deadlines
To be successful you have:
- Effective communicator, supportive team member, visible engager
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer facing environment
- Be able to demonstrate experience in conflict resolution
- Self-motivated
- Attention to detail
- Ability to use a range of business related technologies (including CRM systems) and interpret a range of data
- Highly developed analytical and decision making skills
- Demonstrated ability to process large volumes of information.
- Advanced presentation and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus on customer service in a consumer or business environment
