Job description
This leading Telco business has continued go through a large transformation of work. With several exciting projects now in hand the need for a highly capable and confident Project Coordinator with bid management experience is required to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing and delivering upon projects in a large transformative program of work. You enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging role working with a collaborative and motivated team which will see you progress your Project career.
Responsibilities:
• Assistance with the coordination of complex bid responses across multi-disciplinary teams
• Management and coordination of a drop box to ensure smooth handoffs between teams – such as Data & commercial finance
• Maintaining a Bid Management report in excel
• Engagement of all key internal stakeholders as required
• Extensive experience in desktop applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Bid Management tools such as SharePoint and Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience of following and/ or managing a bid process with formal and informal reviews
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Ability to manage the expectations of a broad range of stakeholders including Senior Leadership
• Must have previous experience as a bid coordinator, team coordinator, sales coordinator or the like, where they coordinated large-scale documents
Core Requirements
- Must have previous experience as a Bid coordinator or where they have coordinated large scale documents
- Experience in desktop applications and bid management tools such as Salesforce / Sharepoint
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Telco background highly desirable
